Describe a friend who is a good leader.

You should say:

How did you first meet?
And explain why you think he/she is a good leader?

Sample Answer

There are several people who I believe are born with incredible leadership qualities. A person who is confident, bold, and possesses quick decision-taking qualities can be termed a leader. One of my friends named Gaurav is a good leader and has all these qualities. He is my childhood buddy and has always excelled in every activity. In fact, he was the head boy of our school. He was quite straightforward and clear in representing his views and opinions. During our cultural event at school, we got into some mess and were extremely scared to put it forward to the school authority. Gaurav took the matter into his own hands, boldly shared the issue, and got it resolved. He has the ability to supervise the group efficiently without being unfair. Presently, he is serving at an MNC as a project leader, where he is leading a team of 150 employees. He started there as an operational executive, but seeing his hard work and efficient leadership skills, he got promoted. I feel proud to be his friend and wish to learn a lot from him.

Q1. . Who is the head of the family in your culture?

In my culture, usually the eldest male member of the family leads the family, but with changing family dynamics, it has changed now that the females are leading the family. I believe it is important to adapt and evolve family roles to meet the needs of modern families.

Q2. Are men better at decision-making in your family?

Well, in my family, it is my grandmother who takes all the important decisions, and till now, she has taken all the rational decisions. In fact, my parents seek advice from her on many of their professional and personal matters.

Q3. Do you think that in the future there will be more female leaders?

Absolutely, we cannot imagine having a prosperous future without women. In fact, the future is female. Research shows that having more female employees helps a company be more agile.
