SAMPLE ANSWER

Exercise had been on my bucket list for around three years now. I had been trying to put myself into consistency for an hour of exercise, failing almost every time. Over a period of time, I tried jogging, swimming, badminton and even gym. But, with time the one thing that settled down for me was jogging. It has been around 5 months now and I go to jogging every day in the morning for an hour. Usually it starts off with walking which then take the lead to jogging.

Working in an IT firm it becomes quite difficult to take care of health or take out time for swimming or badminton. It was after three months of extensive deployment work, I realized that the amount of stress I had put myself into. My eating habits were down and one day coming to office I fell down from nowhere. The doctor advised me to take up on an exercise.

With jogging, there are not much efforts required, except the mental fitness. Starting the day after an hour of jogging, makes not only my body better but also my day productive. I wish to continue this amazing habit that I have developed for as long as I live.

Jogging can be anybody’s friend. It does not require buying that expensive equipment’s neither the frustration of dealing with waiting for turns as is case in many sports. One can just take up the shoes and start running, which makes it the best way to start anybody’s day. One could be in any phase of their lives, physical exercise helps making things better any day.

Sample Answer

I am very particular about buying things. I prefer to purchase those items only which I require the most. I can recall one incident here when I bought something out of excitement but later couldn’t use it a lot.

It was my brother’s wedding two years ago. It was the last wedding of my generation. We had all the necessary arrangements done. We had a photographer to capture the moments of the main rituals, however for rest of the events, I decided to shoot myself. Although I am not a professional photographer, I like photography. I spent a huge amount in buying a new DSLR Nikon camera. I used that camera during his pre-wedding ceremonies only and after that I didn’t use it a lot. No such events took place after that where I could show my photography skills. Another reason is that my busy working hours don’t allow me to go for holidays as well where I can capture some moments. I am working in a company where my 24×7 attention is needed. That is why I don’t get enough time to pursue my hobby of photography. I still keep that camera but did not use it a lot.

It’s a pity that I am unable to use it frequently and certainly there is no use of keeping it for a long time. I am planning to gift it to my niece who is also very fond of photography. She wants to pursue a course related to photography after her 12th exam. This camera will be very useful for her. I wish she may continue using it.

Nowadays, mobile phone has become a basic need of every human being. We cannot think about spending our days without this device.

Although mobile phone got introduced many years ago, I received my personal phone after a long struggle. I still remember when I got my first cell phone. It was around 7 to 8 years back when I was in the final year of my graduation. My all friends used to have mobile phones to be in touch with their family members. I was also planning to get one but my pocket money was not allowing me to buy an expensive phone.

I did not ask my parents to buy a mobile phone for me but somehow they realised that I am in need of it. It was my birthday when they decided to gift me one cell phone. They bought a latest model of Nokia cell phone, Nokia 6600. To be honest I never asked them about the price of that but one day while searching for some other documents I  found the receipt of purchase then I got to know it cost them rs9800/-. It was an expensive model with all the features.

I was very happy to get that phone as it was a very popular model of that time. It had all the latest features, 8 mega pixel camera, media player and other in built applications like Facebook and YouTube.

My first cell phone was with full of advanced technology of that time but these days, there are plenty of options available in mobile phones. It had 4 GB memory but currently I am using a phone, which has 128 GB in built memory. It helps me to store all the important data handy. Camera quality is also excellent that can be compared with any professional Nokia DSLR cameras.

Because, when you do that you grasp the vocabulary and the way of speaking.

FLUENCY AND ACCURACY
