You have bought a mobile phone from a tax-free shop just a few days ago, and it does not work properly.
Write a letter to the manager to complain about it and ask him to solve the problem.
You do not need to write the address.
Begin your letter as dear Sir/Madam.

Dear Sir/Madam,
The reason I am writing to you is poor quality of a mobile phone, which I bought in your store few days ago. After only two days of using it, problems started to appear.

The first malfunction that I noticed was the incompatibility of the earphones and the phone. No matter how properly I inserted the earphone in the jack, I could not hear the music properly. I discovered another problem when I tried to download some applications on it. It started to vibrate and then after few seconds flashed a message saying, cannot download the file because of insufficient memory. I am unable to use the phone since. I am surprised to discover that much problems in a quite expensive model.

Naturally, I returned the phone to your shop to be replaced with a new one. Your assistance said that I would have to wait for a week, before they could check if the main office can solve the issue in the phone. When I came after a week, the phone still had not arrived and they asked me to come back after ten days. Finally, after 20 days I was contacted by your representative. Imagine my feelings when I learned from him that I cannot receive the same model as I bought. As a solution he offered that I rather buy a more expensive phone and this too will take another ten days.

I am very disappointed with both the equipment and the service I have received. I insist on getting a refund of the entire money that I paid as soon as possible.

You recently went to a restaurant for a meal. But you are dissatisfied with the services provided to you.

Write to the manager to complain about it. Give details about the problems and request some compensation or refund. 

You should write at least 150 words. You do not need to write any addresses.

SAMPLE ANSWER

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to express  my dissatisfaction with the services that I received at your restaurant.

I ordered a vegetarian full course meal on 13/02/2015, just three days ago. After few of the dishes that I ordered, we started getting random items. When I contacted your representative, they instead of being sorry, blamed me,saying it was my fault, and I had not ordered correctly. To add misery to my insult, when I refused to rather eat any dish and move out, they asked me to pay the bill for the dishes, neither I ordered nor ate. On refusing to do say ,they asked me to wash the dishes. Even more, when I tried contacting you on phone, no one offered me any sensible answer. You can imagine how such a behavior upsets me, owing to the fact that I am one of your permanent customers.

I hope you can settle this matter by either returning me back my money or offering me a meal worth the amount I paid. Otherwise, I will be forced to complaint to higher authorities.
