Sample Answer

The family member I would like to work with in the future is my elder sister; her name is Prerna Yadav. She is the big cheese of our family, as she has great managing skills and is blessed with a great sense of humour. My sister excellently handles multiple tasks and completes them with utmost sincerity. She has been an all-rounder since her school days and has won many medals and awards in every field. Currently, she is working for an MNC in Mumbai, where she has been promoted as a senior event manager. Everyone in the family is really proud of her achievements.

Unfortunately, I never got a chance to work with her professionally; however, I can vividly recall a time when she organised a family event, where I saw her putting her best efforts into it. It was our parents’ wedding anniversary, and we decided to throw a surprise party for them. My sister took the responsibility on her shoulders and managed everything single-handedly. I tried to be a helping hand to her, but she did not need any. It turned out to be one of the best events that I have ever witnessed. I realised how proficient my big sister is, and since then I started admiring her work.

My sister is a jack of all trades, and I would like to learn many things from her, which include cooking, painting and umpteen more. But to be specific, managing skills, as she is really good at managing events. So I guess I would feel really elated to assist her and learn new managing skills which would eventually help me to improve my skill set.

Well, I think the desire to work with her is about to get fulfilled, because we are presently working on a startup, which will be handled by us. I reckon, under her guidance and support, I would get numerous chances to learn new skills at personal and professional levels.
