People’s lives have been altered by a lot of inventions, such as transportation and electronic devices. People’s lives have been made easier by these inventions. In this section, I would like to talk about one of the inventions that has changed the world, the Internet, which is used by everyone. It brought entertainment to everyone’s doorstep. People can now watch movies and documentaries without getting bored. Even they can save efforts and do work from home. This, in my opinion, is the most significant factor because people are currently very busy, and the internet somehow is allowing them to make plans and generate revenue conveniently. It also brings to the table real-life stories which need to be heard by everyone. So individuals’ lives have become more convenient to live. It is an extraordinary platform, which everyone can easily have access to and can get their tasks done properly on. Besides, it likewise has given open positions to individuals, and presently individuals are more liberal in their reasoning. Since it provides entertainment for everyone, I believe it can be enjoyed by adults and children alike. In addition, it provides youngsters with the opportunity to work as content writers and earn a living from home. So this is an exceptionally helpful development, and individuals love this innovation.

With the advent of technology, life has become easier to live. So much so that one cannot imagine a world free of technological devices. We have somehow developed dependency on them. Online meetings on Zoom, Google Meet, Skype and many more such applications have successfully managed to bring us closer under one roof.

Q2. Which invention do you think is the most useful at home?

I think the washing machine is the most useful invention. As earlier people used to make use of hands for washing clothes, which was quite a tedious job to do and time-consuming as well, nowadays, we can get it done within minutes by just a single click.
