IELTS WRITING TASK 2 ESSAY # CHILDCARE EDUCATION SHOULD BE OBLIGATORY. Best IELTS Band 7 Coaching in Dehradun
Sample Answer

Certainly, parents need to have some knowledge before entering into parenthood. Nowadays, courses related to parent- child relationship are gaining popularity among people. Even though these classes can be beneficial in some cases, these should not be obligatory for all the parents.

Undeniably, there are many benefits of providing lessons on child care. Firstly, new parents may find difficulties to understand the need of their child. By learning methods in child care training programmes, they become aware about the proper nutrition, vaccination and most importantly common health related issues which should be taken care initially. Secondly, information related to the betterment of a child’s growth can be considered a boon for many of those parents whose children have different needs than other children. Differently abled children can be treated properly.

Nevertheless, making child care trainings mandatory for all the parents may receive negative comments from some people. First of all, there is a presumption in most societies that children’s upbringing should be based on the basis of a family’s background and culture. This led many of the parents to be reluctant to be the part of these training programmes. Moreover, parents these courses may not be able to provide all the necessary information as per the requirements for each and every family. Lastly, in many families both mother and father go out to work, they may not be able to get some time off work to join these classes.

To conclude, although many families may get the benefits of child care classes, I firmly believe that making it compulsory for all of them is not feasible.

IELTS writing task-2 essay # Many museums charge for admission while others are free.

IELTS writing task-2 essay

Many museums charge for admission while others are free.

Do you think the advantages of charging people for admission to museums outweigh the disadvantages?

Sample Answer

Museums are a great source of knowledge in societies. Many museums charge a hefty amount as an entrance fee, however others do not. There are some individuals who argue that entry of these educational institutes should be free of cost to serve the society better. I believe that charging a nominal amount as an entrance fee can be beneficial in many ways.

Undeniably, charging a hefty amount on visitors has some negative effects. Firstly, it deprives people of lack in opportunity to access most of the vital information about history, art and science. Secondly, paying an entrance fee can be the major factor to affect the popularity of a museum over others, despite having many artifacts. Many citizens will start flinching from visiting these institutions due to the entrance charges. This may eventually put the existence of museums on stake.

Despite having a few drawbacks, entrance charges can be beneficial in many ways. Most prominently, museums authorities can use the entrance fee amount for many purposes. For instance, time-to-time renovation cost, electricity charges, safety and security cost to operate these institutions properly. Moreover, this has been noticed in the past that many times the governments fail to meet the requirement of these institutions. However by charging an entrance fee, museums can have their own revenue to keep the place clean and attractive to get more visitors.

To conclude, charging entrance fee for museums can attract negative remarks from some people. I think posing a nominal amount on visitors can be beneficial in many ways for museums.

How To Crack A Group Discussion

Group Discussion are the first round of the selection and often known as mass elimination round. In recent times, group discussion have become more important part in the interviews and you will rarely find a job selection wherein you need not to clear the group discussion round.

However, most of the people fear GD’s. This is mostly because one does not know clearly what is the criteria on which you are being judged. Knowing the right things about Group Discussion can help in clearing the round and living your dreams.

WHAT ARE YOU JUDGED ON?
  • the way you communicate with others.
  • how you behave and interact with the group.
  • how open minded are  you.
  • what is your level of clarity when putting forward your views.
  • Your analysis and subject knowledge.
  • Your attitude and confidence.
DO’S AND DON’T OF A GD
  • Maintain eye contact while speaking– You obviously need not to make eye contact with the judge, you are there to talk with the group, so maintain an eye contact with the group, but surely don’t stare.
  • Initiate the GD– Although, it is not the only thing that will help you but initiating the discussion will surely help in getting those extra marks.
  • Allow others to speak-A GD is about how well you speak but that does not mean that you will not allow others to speak at all. Even if you don’t agree with his/her thoughts do not snatch their chance to speak. Instead make some notes and clear the points when it’s your turn.
  • Speak Clearly-  The company does not want a person who is very aggressive. They indeed want people who can be part of a team. So, be polite, speak in a language that is clear and understandable.
  • Make Sure The Discussion Is On Track – Often in GD’s people get over excited and start speaking on something that is way out of the topic. If you feel it is happening with the group, take initiative to bring the discussion on track.
  • Listen Carefully- What am I saying?? Listen, in GD? Well, yes. Pay attention while others are speaking. This will make coherent discussion and you will get involved in the group positively.
  • Speak Sensibly- Although you are judged on how you speak, make sure that when you do you speak sensible. There is no point of speaking for a long time and making no sense.

So, go on, give that GD and show people the real you.

Advertisements are good or bad for the society. Best IELTS Band 7 Coaching in dehradun

Sample Answers

Over a period of time, advertisement has become the most popular strategy for marketing and promoting the products or services. It has brought significant change in the pattern of expenditure and consumption in the society. Some people support the idea of advertising a product, whereas others think that it brings a negative impact on the society. I will discuss both the views in my essay.

On one hand, advertising is an effective way of spreading the awareness among people about the use of new and existing products. Moreover, it enables the customers to compare a product with other competitive products available in the market, so that they decide whether a product is worth buying or not. Advertisements help in educating the society about various health and safety issues. Additionally, it is the best way to raise the demand for the products.

On the other hand, it stimulates people for impulsive buying by providing different promotional offers. As a result, instead of saving spend their money on purchasing unnecessary goods. Sometimes, through advertising some companies provide exaggerated and unrealistic review of their products. Consequently, people are misguided and cheated by such marketing tricks. Moreover, it only highlights the positive characteristics of a product and tries to hide its negative aspects.

In Summation, certainly, the production and innovation of goods and services have increased due to industrialisation. Nevertheless, as a result of advertisements, the gap between the producers and consumers has also narrowed. In my opinion, although advertisements have both negative and positive impact on the society, but the benefit of providing awareness outweighs any negatives.
