Sample Answer:

Nowadays phones and computers have become an integral part of our living. We have at least one type of gadget with us all the time be it a smart-phone, smart-watch, a tablet or a laptop.
Over the past few decades, the technology industry has augmented and so has the IT industry. Result of which is that millions of applications are now available in the market.
One such application which I would like to talk about is “Microsoft teams”, which I am sure has proven to be helpful for most of us for our Work from home regimes during the Covid pandemic.
I was first introduced to this video conferencing application by my seniors. This function then became my primary application to do all the project meetings with my colleagues and managing heads.
It is very easy to use and the user-Interface is really appealing, moreover, it offers a huge amount of file storage. As it’s name suggests it has a very sublime feature of forming teams wherein I created different teams for different projects I was working on. One of the best things about this program is that it is absolutely free which makes it more popular among people.
I feel relieved to use this program as it has made our life easier specially during this pandemic, otherwise important project meetings would not have been possible without it. I’m extremely grateful to the creators of this application, as it was very thoughtful of them to provide such an invention for free.
