Write a letter to the hotel and ask to make the change, and also inquire about meeting room facilities available in the hotel.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing in regard to the reservations made by me for a business meeting with my peers in your hotel. There have been some changes in our plan and we would like the settings to be updated accordingly.

We had made provisions in your hotel for the month of November dated 07 to 12. The meeting was between our team and a team of delegates coming from China. However, the people coming from China have postponed the meeting due to some economic issues and the meeting will be held on the same dates but in December.

We were a team of 10 people, including both us and the delegates. Accordingly, the provisions were made, in which there were 5 rooms booked along with access to other facilities. Also the hall was booked for the date of 10 November, on which the meeting was likely to be held. Since the changes have been made, the meeting will be held on 10 December with bookings required from 07 to 12 December.

I hope you would be able to make the necessary changes. Either ways if the changes are not possible, please do inform me within a week.

Write a letter to the college enrollment officer for enrollment in course. In your letter

• explain why you are writing
• describe your circumstances
• ask if you can get an admission into that course.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing in regards to the computer course starting from 7^th of November in the University Of Mexico. Although I have never had any formal training, I am interested in enrolling for this course.

My choice of taking writing as a career was driven by passion. Working with BBC as a content developer and host for them a realization has dawned upon me that computers have entered even the arena of writing and to be different from other writers, it is very necessary that one be well versed in it.

Although I have never learnt computers in an institution, I have grasped a few concepts here and there through online learning videos by course era and mooc. Learning these videos, to be honest, have developed in me an interest for computers as well and I want to enroll in the course to learn better.

The prerequisite for the course i.e. a formal course is not what I have, but the passion to learn it better can be easily found. I would be thankful if you could make an exception and let me in the course.
