Dear Sir,

First of all, I would like to congratulate you for successfully completing two years as a publication house. You keep adding interesting columns in your newspaper. Readers like me appreciate your articles. I am writing in regard to the feature your newspaper is planning to introduce for which readers are welcomed to provide their suggestions.

You can consider ‘Mind, Body and Spirit’ as a subject of interest for readers. Due to the modern lifestyle, people are overloaded with responsibilities. In order to fulfill these responsibilities, they often overlook their health. As a result, they suffer from depression, anxiety and other health issues. In this column you can provide information about how a healthy mind is important for a healthy body. You can further discuss in detail about how to get the same with the help of spiritualism, yoga and regular exercise etc.

This topic is indeed of great importance because healthy people are happy people or vice-versa. Readers will definitely show their keen interest in this column and would love to learn new tips for leading a balanced life.

Dear Ankit,

I hope you are doing good with your life and enjoying your studies. Last time we met, you told me you are facing a financial crisis and are searching for a job. Recently, I came to know about a part time job as a writer for an online website.

As the chief writer for the website, you are expected to write articles on different spheres of the city. The central idea of the website is to make people aware of the city. It would involve writing articles about places to eat, areas to visit and the events happening in the city. I know you love travelling and exploring places and this job provides you what you love. Even more, you are expected to write only three articles a week, which is quite suitable.

I hope you are doing well. It’s been long time since we met. Moreover, I have been busy during last days with my mid-term examinations.

As you know, our current residence is very far from my school. Therefore, my father had been searching for a new home close to my school, for a long time. This is to inform you that my father has recently purchased a new penthouse in the Dream-tech society. We will move into our new home next week. So, I would like to invite you for the house warming party to be scheduled on 7th may 2018.The party will start at 6 p.m. We are inviting all our relatives and friends.

It is a spacious 4 BHK apartment. The main attraction of this apartment is its roof garden and spacious balconies. So, we cannot only host small parties there but can also play and relax in the garden. Additionally, it would take only 10 minutes to reach school.

Since you are my childhood friend, you need to be present in the party. We will enjoy together. It would be fun to have you here.

Hope you are doing well. It was great talking to you after such a long time. I was so excited to see you in two weeks time as I promised to you, until I checked my ‘to do’ list. I’m so sorry to inform you that I wouldn’t be able to make it during this time.
Actually, I’ve to attend a business meeting in Chennai and the dates coincide with the days I was supposed to be with you. What happened is that I’ve been under so much work pressure since last few days that this trip just slipped off from my mind. I know, you must’ve started planning already about my visit to your home town but don’t worry I’ll definitely make it soon. What about next month end? We have a long week end coming up from the 27th to 30th.
Just check whether you have any commitments during this time and get back to me. If it works out, it would be a memorable time for both of us. Since our college days, we haven’t really been able to spend much time together as we both got busy with our respective careers.
