Sample Answer
My cousin would always worry about her mother’s loneliness as she is a working professional, so she can’t spend much time with her. Her mother would often complain to her about her boredom. So she gifted her mother a smartphone, which could help her kill time and not get bored at home. I used to visit their home quite often, so my cousin requested that I help her with the technology as my aunt had zero knowledge about it. I had my classes too; we mutually agreed on the time that would suit both of us. I begin by teaching her how to make calls and use social media apps like YouTube and Instagram. My aunt is an avid Gardner, so I recommended that she follow some channels that post content in her genre. Initially, I had a lot of difficulty making her understand the complexities of a smartphone. I was amazed by the inquisitiveness and learning enthusiasm my aunt had. Her dedication made me not give up on her. Within a month, my aunt was able to use the phone without anyone’s help. Now she could make calls and watch videos. Learning this helped her get out of her loneliness. My cousin and aunt thanked me for the help. I consider that teaching is one of the most difficult tasks to perform, and I did that pretty well.
