Dear Madam,

I am writing to show my willingness to learn spoken English. While searching for a good English teacher, I saw your advertisement in a local newspaper dated on 02/02/18.You are highly qualified and have a rich experience in the same field.

Thereafter, I asked about you from one of my friends. He really praised you and your teaching methodology and motivated me to join your coaching classes.

I have recently joined a new marketing company. As a customer relationship executive, I have to deal with different types of customers. Some of them interact in regional language, whereas others prefer English. In that case, I feel nervous while dealing with the customers who speak in English.

I would like to ask about the fees, date of joining, and the timings of the classes. I would be highly obliged, if you could spare some time to teach me.
