You have a full time job and are also doing a part time evening course. You now find that you can not continue the course and want to leave the course.
Write a letter to the director of university. In your letter
-describe the situation
-explain why you cannot continue at this time
-say what action you would like to take

SAMPLE ANSWER
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to express my concern about the inability to continue with the evening course that I am doing at your university.
The course I am talking about is a part time french course, under the guidance of Mr. Peter Pan. The duration of the course is from 7 to 9 pm. The reason for choosing the course was that French was a language that did interested me. However, I am afraid that it might be not possible on my behalf to continue the course.
The most important reason being my job. Earlier the work pressure was less and to cope up with both of them was quite easy. But in present times, our company is facing financial issues and the employees are required to work extra hours to face the situation so as to avoid bankruptcy.
I cannot express how disheartened I am to leave the course, but the circumstances demand it that way. I hope you’ll understand the urgency and refund me the left over money.
