Dear Sir,

I am writing to inform you about the presentation I have recently attended. The theme of the presentation was ‘A Review on Holistic Marketing’. It was held at Asoka Hotel in Delhi on 21st December 2018. Although it was a two day presentation, all marketing professionals attended  and enjoyed it. The Managing Director of our company chaired the event.

This marketing presentation focused on various strategies to be adopted to sell the product or services applying a holistic marketing approach. Furthermore,It really enhanced my knowledge about the importance of holistic marketing approach in customer satisfaction and growth of the business.

I am really thankful to you for providing me an opportunity to attend such an informative presentation. I truly appreciate the company to organise such insightful events for the development of the employees.

I recently appeared in an interview conducted on 2nd November’18 for the position of Operation Manager. I am writing this letter to know the current status of my application.

It was a great experience interacting with such experienced and learned interviewers. They asked different questions to assess my eligibility for this post. I believe my answers were relevant and logical .The whole interview went smoothly and my overall performance was convincing. The interviewers showed a keen interest in hiring me.

At the end of the interview, they assured that the results would be announced within two days. It has been a week since then, but I have not received any reply from your side. I would appreciate your sincere efforts if you can inform me about the final decision at the earliest possible. As I have to relocate to London for this job, a quick reply will give me sufficient time to plan things accordingly.

I have recently applied for the job of an English teacher in Thailand. As you may be aware I am very fond of teaching and I always considered it my passion. Having completed my graduation, I came across this opportunity and applied for it at that very moment.
I had a Skype interview as it was not possible for me to travel all the way to Thailand just for an interview. However, it went very well and I was offered the position. Will you be kind enough to write me a reference letter for this job? Please can you include information in relation to my character, behavior and trustworthiness.
Teaching is something that I always wanted to do and I always look up to you as a role model and I’ll like to teach in the same manner as you. It is a once in a lifetime opportunity. It will not only give me a chance to pave my way in the world of teaching but also enable me to learn about new cultures and tradition. Lastly, can you please mail me the letter within 10 days as I need to post it to Bangkok.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing this letter in regards to a Smartphone that I bought from your retail outlet based in west Delhi.
The purchase was made on 13/09/2018 and I was given a bill and warranty card along with the phone. The very next day the screen went blurry and the phone switched off completely. As I spent a huge amount of money on this phone I did not feel like taking any risks and took it back to the store immediately. The technician was not present at that time and I was asked to drop the phone and follow up later.
The reference number for my complaint is B57921 and rather than being informed about the phone, I had to visit the store myself after 5 days to find what’s wrong with it. The services I was offered were quite poor and the technician present there was not able to give a clear explanation about the phone’s faults. They managed to temporarily fix and it broke again the following day. I am not very sure if I want the same phone again. For a company of your size, the services are quite poor and the quality of the handset is not up to the mark.
Can you please issue me a refund for the full amount as I am very disappointed with the services provided by your company.
