Hiring: Field Marketing Executive

IELTS BAND7, Dehradun is looking for an energetic and persuasive Field Marketing Executive to expand our reach in the region. If you enjoy meeting new people, building partnerships, and driving growth, this role is for you.

Core Responsibilities

Brand Promotion: Distribute promotional materials (brochures/sell sheets) and represent our brand to local vendors and merchants.
Lead Generation: Proactively generate new leads and drive student enrollments.
Marketing Strategy: Develop, plan, and execute grassroots marketing and sales programs in collaboration with our internal team.
Content Creation: Produce engaging promotional content and localized advertisements.
Seminars & Workshops: Plan, organize, and conduct educational seminars and events at schools and universities.

Requirements

Education: Minimum 12th pass & Graduate.
Mindset: Highly flexible, results-oriented, and comfortable with frequent local travel.
Skills: Strong networking skills and the ability to build rapport with third-party vendors.
Location: Must be based in Dehradun.

Compensation & Location

Salary: ₹15,000 per month.
Location: IELTS BAND7, Dehradun.
Age: 18yrs-24yrs

लीड जनरेशन: नए छात्र ढूँढना और एडमिशन के लिए सेल्स बढ़ाना।
मार्केटिंग योजना: मार्केटिंग टीम के साथ मिलकर सेल्स प्रोग्राम बनाना और उन्हें लागू करना।
कंटेंट निर्माण: आकर्षक प्रचार सामग्री और विज्ञापन तैयार करना।
सेमिनार का आयोजन: स्कूलों और विश्वविद्यालयों (Universities) के साथ मिलकर सेमिनार और वर्कशॉप का आयोजन करना।
