Importance Of Art Based Subjects # Essay

Some educationalist believe that non-exam, art based subjects, such as music, drama and art should be compulsory in secondary school curriculum. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

A school is for the all-round development of a child, which includes, both personality as well as intellectual development. Most people are of the opinion that having non-exam based subjects such as music, drama and art give a boost to the varied inherent skills that students have.

The subjects other than math and science would provide students with more choice. They learn skills in a way that is not just job oriented. Even more, a personality of a person is defined by the extra-curricular activities, and art based subjects provide the exposure an early impressions required for increasing creativity. This is the sought after trait in any profession and would greatly enhance the prospects of any youngster.

We are in an era, when the world needs more of inventors, artist, painters an performers as much as we need doctors and engineers. Although in a rush of getting a job at the biggest MNC, causes these subjects to be pushed to the periphery and not thought of as important. It has been observed that students who do not study in schools which have art based subjects tend to develop a narrow view of the world.

Overall, there is an opinion that studying art would not lead to a meaningful career and could quite possibly land the art graduate into unemployment. I believe, art based subjects provide essential skills that can be useful for architects, designers, scientist or any other professional to use sound, visuals and creative representation of their ideas.

In today’s world more and more people are working longer and taking up more stressful jobs. What causes this? How can employer’s make the workers life easier?

Write at least 250 words.

In today’s world, life has changed significantly. With the market becoming more competitive, people are forced to work more and take up stressful life in order to cope up. Some people assert that this issue has become the serious topic in the modern world, leaving people emaciated and more materialistic.

The main reason behind it is that the number of younger graduates have increased dramatically these days, but unfortunately the employment rate is still almost the same as the last ten years. As a result, if workers want to keep up with their jobs, they need to work more and keep up with their knowledge and skills to be more professional, otherwise they will be fired or would be forced to quit.

Secondly, the dependence on technology has made people live more stressful lives. Having the technological devices, it means that people can work remotely and have to hold their work responsibilities all the time. This means they need to answer phone calls or emails without any excuse, even during holidays.

However, there are certain steps that can help to tackle the issue.  Firstly, organizations must provide training to the employees about some useful strategies for their work and educate them about how to manage work effectively will definitely help workers to be more productive in their performances and also save their time. Secondly, offering stress management sessions should be provided.

Overall, the phenomenon of working more is prevalent and cannot be avoided but it must be made sure that one maintains a balance between their work and life.

Museums And Historical Sites # Essay For IELTS

You should spend 40 minutes on this task.

It is often seen that many museums and historical sites are visited more by the tourist rather than local people. What are the reasons and what can be done to attract more and more people to visit these places?

Write at least 250 words.

Although travelling has become more prevalent around the world, it is true that more and more people prefer visiting countries outside rather their own. t is certainly true that many museums and historical places these days do not attract the number of local residents anymore.

The primary reason is that local people do not have interest in seeing around these places, as they are not attracted by historical places that they are familiar to their culture backgrounds. For instance, there are great places to visit in Uttarakhand, India, but still people living near it, never visit the place in their lives and the tourism of the place is running merely because of people coming from across the world.

Secondly, people often like to visit new places, and for some reasons, the idea of travelling means travelling outside the place you live in. As a result, when people do get time to travel they prefer trying out places outside their city or country.

However, in my opinion, the best solution to attract native people, is by creating campaigns aiming at encouraging native people to visit these places. Also, redecoration of the place can make  can also make local people to be more interested in the activities. In addition, giving local people certain discounts while visiting these places, could act as a lucrative offer to attract them.

Overall, people do love to travel and if proper steps are taken to ensure increased native travelling, authorities need to make sure they either provide offers or do something grand in the site.

Delaying Child Birth # Essay For IELTS

You must spend 40 minutes on this task.

Nowadays, more and more decide to have children later. What are the reasons for it and what are the effects on society and people’s lives?

You should write at least 250 words.

In today’s world, many people have changed their minds and now prefer giving birth later in their life. This tendency can be seen frequently especially in many developed countries. Most of the people believe that it helps them to understand their partner better, before taking responsibility while for some it the time they can completely concentrate on their career.

The main reason is the living cost is very expensive these days and couples who have just lived for few years together are not financially very strong to support the offspring financially. Consequently, many people would rather wait until they get older and earn higher income and then they could be able to raise their kids easily. Secondly, there has been a considerable shift among people from raising a family  to making a career.

However, this tendency has brought about some negative impacts on the society and domestic life. Firstly, having children later can create a significant age gap between two generations. Parents, then have hard time communicating with their children, often creating family stress. Secondly, being elder mothers will have to face a high risk of physical issues in both the mother and the baby.

Overall, having a baby  later on, helps parents to contribute to the financial issue and create better careers for themselves, on negative side, it results in the wider generation gap and health concerns.
