Describe a dish that you like to cook often.

Answer:
Well, I’ve cooked multiple dishes in my lifetime, and I also love experimenting with ingredients so that I can invent new dishes. Above that, I enjoy trying new cuisines, as I am a big foodie.
There is one dish in particular that I would like to talk about. It is an Italian dish named white sauce pasta. I came across this dish when I was staying at my aunt’s house during my high school summer vacations. I vividly remember my aunt’s daughter insisting on my aunt cooking white sauce pasta. At first, I was amused by the way my cousin was trying to concern me in preparing this dish. She said that the dish was extremely delicious. So, it piqued my curiosity, and I started requesting my aunt to cook it. The moment I tasted that dish, it instantly became my favourite. Before that, I had not tasted anything that was so creamy and full of flavours. I can say with conviction that it was finger-licking good, and almost anyone would easily fall in love with it.
After tasting pasta for the first time, I learnt how to cook it from different YouTube channels. I realised that the process was quite simple. Firstly, we boil some pasta in hot water with a pinch of salt and a tablespoon of oil. While the pasta boils, we prepare the white sauce, for which we need some fresh cream, cheese and half a cup of milk. Basically, these ingredients are gradually added in warm butter. Once that’s done, in a separate pan we saute some garlic and some vegetables of our choice. Lastly, we add the boiled pasta in the pan and mix all the ingredients together and sprinkle some oregano on top.
Initially this was my best-loved dish, but then it became my family’s first choice too. So, I cook white sauce pasta quite often, and it made me realise that food is the key to everyone’s heart.
