It has been observed that people are more inclined towards watching television these days. There are many reasons behind developing this habit among people. It has become a serious problem in society. However, few things can be taken to present the adverse effect of this problem.

Nowadays, stress has become a part of everyone’s life. Not to speak of working professionals, even students are also not untouched by this feeling. To release this stress, everyone needs some activity. Television is the best option they find to get entertained. Secondly, women who do not work outside their homes, for them television is a great source to pass their leisure time. Moreover, higher competition amongst satellite channels has resulted in different categories of programmes that attract all age group of people. These days, there are separate channels for entertainment, news, sports, music and sports. These options keep them glued to the screen.

There are few suggestions to resolve this problem. Firstly, one should try to generate new hobbies so that they can utilize their time in some fruitful activities instead of being inactive. Further, people can set some rules in family, for instance, every member should talk to each other and discuss how they spend their days. This custom will not only help them to share their feelings with other members but also family support is going to strengthen them to cope with day-to-day life stress. Finally, those who spend maximum time at home, they can be the part of any social or cultural group where they can indulge in creative activities like painting, music and arts and crafts.

To conclude, though it is true that people are spending more time in front of television. I assert that by implementing the above mentioned suggestions, people can change their lifestyles from sedentary to more active.

Dear Tom,
Hope you are doing well. It was great talking to you after such a long time. I was so excited to see you in two weeks time as I promised to you, until I checked my ‘to do’ list. I’m so sorry to inform you that I wouldn’t be able to make it during this time.
Actually, I’ve to attend a business meeting in Chennai and the dates coincide with the days I was supposed to be with you. What happened is that I’ve been under so much work pressure since last few days that this trip just slipped off from my mind. I know, you must’ve started planning already about my visit to your home town but don’t worry I’ll definitely make it soon. What about next month end? We have a long week end coming up from the 27th to 30th.
Just check whether you have any commitments during this time and get back to me. If it works out, it would be a memorable time for both of us. Since our college days, we haven’t really been able to spend much time together as we both got busy with our respective careers. We can go around places which you always told me about your city, enjoy your favorite street food and just talk.

Many people believe that animals are supposed to be treated in the same way as humans, and should have comparable rights. While other people believe that it is vital to utilize them as we want for purposes such as food, flesh, and research work. In this essay, I will elaborate both the viewpoints along with my opinion.

As to the abuse of creatures, many understand that it is considered for a few reasons. Firstly, they believe that humans are the most essential creatures on earth, and their survival should be ensured on a priority. If it requires sacrificing other creatures for discovering solutions for infections or for food, humans have the right to do so. Moreover, it is accepted by some that animals don’t feel torment, pain, or loss as humans do, hence the killing of animals for human needs is justified and ethically worthy.

There are many people who have studied animal behaviors closely and have an opposing idea. As per many such people, animals should have their own rights, and must not be abused or sacrificed for human requirements. It has been proven through numerous laboratory experiments that animals are capable of feelings and emotions, and feel pain as much as humans do. In addition, a considerable measure of creature research is accomplished for beauty care products and not to discover remedies for ailments which is unnecessary. Finally, it has also been proven that humans can get all the nutrients and vitamins that they need from green vegetables and fruit. Therefore, again, having to kill animals for food is not an adequate argument.

In my opinion, the arguments against animal rights do not stand up to scrutiny. To sum up, albeit a few people contend murdering animals for research and sustenance is moral, I would say that there is adequate proof to show the contrary, and steps must be taken to improve the privileges of creatures.

While a few people believe that the main motivation behind this line of thought is to improve one’s career prospects, others, however, believe that both the society and the student can have extensive advantages.

It is obvious that one of the main benefits of the college education is to ensure a superior employment opportunity. Most of the students seek better future prospects and going to college is a certain way to ensure this, amongst all the ideal approaches. This is due to the fact that it builds a student’s skills, aptitude, and appeal to potential employers. Furthermore, the college education is expensive, and people would not choose it if it was proven to be ineffective in providing better future options.

However, there are different advantages to people and society. Firstly, the freedom of living far from home is an advantage since it enables students to become more adept socially and gain aptitude for handling difficult situations. Therefore, their development and maturity will develop, empowering them to live all the more satisfying lives. Also, society will benefit from the commitment that the graduates can make to the economy. We are living in a competitive world, so nations need educated individuals so as to contend and succeed. A higher number of educated people would directly result in a better place to live and a healthier environment.

Therefore, I trust that a principle point of college instruction is to land the best position, but there clearly are further advantages. In the event that we proceed to encourage college education, it will prompt a superior future for people and society.
