SAMPLE ANSWER

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am presently enrolled in a computer course at Graphic Era and am writing regarding some difficulties I have had doing this course for the past one year. I would like to know if it is possible to change my course.
When enrolling in this course, I chose it for my majors as well, which begin after one year of general studies. These general studies include English and Math. It was during my general studies that I realized my passion for English. I have found that I find more satisfaction reading the toughest novel rather than solving the most difficult computer problem.
I believe that the last day allowed for students to make any changes was three days after filling the form but, in my situation the circumstance is uncompromising. The fact that, I had no idea that I will fall in love with English after one year, made me make the choice. I have tried reading computers but the urge to teach English more keeps hitting me.

Therefore, reading computers for the next two years does not makes any sense to me.
Thus I am requesting that my current enrollment be transferred from the computer course to the English course. I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to you.
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Yours sincerely,
Anmol.

The most common kinds of trees in my town are Chir and then we have decidous trees that can be found. Another kind of trees you can notice are Sal, a timber species. It is the presence of these species that makes Dehradun a beautiful place as well as being a heritage site of some importance.
